You were playing Metal Gear Solid 4. You pause the game and tell Chibi not to touch the controller politely as you went to the restroom. Next thing you know is a voice of pain and the Game Over theme song plays. You finish and see Chibi holding the controller. You shoot yourself in the "Booming" area first then in the head. Afterwards, she chops your head off.
