what was the first pokemon game you ever played?

Red was the first one i played, that was soooo long ago, i've played loads since, blue yellow emerald silver platinum firered leafgreen and so on, but not a hope i can remember the order, lol :)

The first pokemon game I have ever had was pokemon silver.(kinda ironic how it was one of the first gen. 2 pokemon games). I had alwaysed wanted it... I got it as a gift

First Pokemon I had was Pokemon Blue. Since then I gotten pretty much every major pokemon game after. (Gold/Silver Ruby/Sapphire etc.)

My first was pokemon red, of course at the time I didn't know how to play because I couldn't read.

Just in case anybody from Japan happens to read this forum, Japan's Pokemon Stadium was never released in the US. What we call Pokemon Stadium in the US is equivalent to Pokemon Stadium 2 in Japan.
