If, for every ticket bought, a number is given to the trainer (more tickets more numbers), and that same number is added to the "Jackpot"...thing, then only one would win. So, basically a normal lottery. There could be 1st, 2nd, 3rd places, but when the Lottery those tickets were bought for is done, then the tickets would essentially become trash.

about the ticket buying. each lottery (there can be more than 1) will have a maximum number of tickets the player can buy and the ticket costs may differ for each of th lotteries. a lottery with a higher buying price will ofcourse have more money in the jackpot.

Lol. That would totally solve the problems I was just thinking about. :)
