Hiya! here's my form.
Type of graphic(s):Avatar. (i'd like that cut on the two corners like Amphy's)
What you want your banner to say:My username
Do you want any sub-text?:no thanks.
What do you want your color scheme to be?: blue and a bit of black.
Do you want any specific Pokemon to make an appearance in your graphic?:Shinx.
Do you want something non-Pokemon related in it?: Just a sprite of a guy :) any you choose.

Will do but I have two questions.
1. Do you want me to keep Lucario and Rayquaza and put Sceptile with them?
2. Just tell me whaf sprite to use. You have like two "other" requests so I don't know which one you're talking about when you say "other" XD

I finished Trainer Silver's request.
Uh, if you don't like the "Silver" in the avatar, I can take it out pretty easily. You didn't specify any text for the Av so I just decided to put it in there because it was looking kind of empty. Just let me know!

I really like the avatar, but I think i asked for too many pokemon for the banner. Maybe take out Deoxys rayquaza and giratina from the banner? other than that though, its actually amazing. Very well done.
