Uhm... Well, this might be a little late, but I think I have some input on the moderator topic.

Yeah, we definitely don't need moderaters right now. For the current forum activity, the team can moderate the forums without the need to entrust anyone else with mod status, just yet. Most people who ignore the rules tend to get bored of nobody agreeing with them and leave, and those who don't typically get banned pretty fast. Meaning, the most active forum members don't do anything that reqires a moderater to jump in and save the day. Hell, half the active forum seems to me to be trustworthy enough to be mods. Point being, there isn't enough 'criminal' activity where we need moderaters.

That being said, we'll certainly need moderators once the open beta is released, and I don't think we'll have another carbon in the mix if we stick with the few people I'm thinking of. I also think that there should be seperate mods for the game and the forum, as well as people who moderate both. That way, responsible players of the game won't nessecarilly have to frequent the forums to be a mod in-game.

And we also have a report button. If something really 'criminal' as you say is done, we can either report using the button or report on IRC, or through a PM to an admin. As easy as that.

That is also the case. It's fine for now, but trustworthy moderators are undoubtably more efficient when talking about a larger group of people.
