Yeah, I keep Grovyle and Ghastly from evolving. Haunter sucks, Sceptile is gross, and Gengar is cool, but not as cool as a GIANT FLYING AWESOME FACE!

I have a hard time using my favorites in the game because you need the right pokemon just to get from place to place, but if I could get around that, I would use these six.
1) Nidoking
2) Gengar/Alakazam
3) Typhlosion
4) Dragonite
5) Sceptile
6) Ferligator
Covers a good type diversity, and it has my 5 favorite pokemon in it.  Never liked Sceptile all that much, but it has the best natural move set of the grass types i can remember.
