I think this badge could be in a ribbon for a tournament. I picture the Ghost badge to be darker, deep blue/black.

Nice flame badge, I would have never thought of it as you did it Amphy :D

Storm cloud badge (Electric)

Lol, don't you have a Gen IV game? You get Brine from Crasher Wake (Gym Leader) in DPPt, I don't know exactly where in HGSS.
