I chose charmender, because I prefer his art better, but I like Bulbasaur the most XD

Charmander wins as it was my first pokemon. Also in a strange way fire created water because all the elements in the universe (including the hydrogen and oxygen needed for water) were created in stars (giant balls of FIRE) through nuclear fusion. So there.
