Who is better Mew or Arceus (or another)?

Because he has a double weakness to rock, and I don't really like Pokemon that carry double weaknesses.

I HONESTLY THINK HO-Ho(sry bout the caps) would best both of them but between the two i gotta say mew i never see him lose to one pokemon but arceus looses a lot if u watch ppl batle with him
