ooh i forgot about abra.. and fyi im 3rd gen down and very some 4th bug bite didn't exist

I guess Abra and other pokemon like him that don't learn offensive moves early or at all are pretty annoying if you don't give them a TM.

Abra can at least get you out of battles and getyou to your last pokemon center if you don't have fly yet. Caterpie can at least perform attacks.
All magikarp can do is pick on little kids at the beach.
Use a splash attack!

Well... when you think about it... I don't even think magikarp is big enough to bully psyduck. His splashes would never be big enough.

Skorupi? Seriously? Skorupi isn't even considered a kind of weak Pokemon. Anyway I voted Unown, but Sarah Palin is obviously weaker then any of the above.
