Hey everyone! Anyone up to form a clan once the game publishs?

I never thought of it that way. I'm going to join your guild right when the game is finished. If the guild is large enough, you could hold a in-guild tounament where the champ would have higher position of athourity and runner-up could get promoted too. And everybody else who participated would get a prize of your choice. [As in the guild leaders choice.]

Well, that's not always necessary.
In an army, it's not necessarily the sergeants, lieutenants, admirals... you name it, that are the 'biggest'. There are some soldiers too who are good, if not better and who like their post and don't want to be promoted.
And the number of moderators, I think, will only depend on the number of members in the clan. 3 is enough for a clan of size 15, 5 is enough for a clan of size 30, etc.

No, that won't work. Moderaters are meant to be chosen by who is the most trustworthy as an athaurotive figure, not who won a contest. The top three might get the honor of leading the next guild war -assuming those would be implemented- and first place might get some money, if the guild leader feels stingy, or a rare pokemon, if he's feeling particularly generous.

For some reason no one ever thinks of this as an option... x3!
That probably would be the smartest thing to do. You can make another group about the same thing because chances are, other members would leave too because of all the unfairness...
