I never liked hyper beam. For one, it isn't super effective against anything. It also has low accuracy. And you must recharge after using it.
Sheer cold is totally based on luck. I never liked one-hit-ko moves.
Although it would be interesting to use some X-accuracies on a Pokemon that can learn one, if that would work.

I just like to know when i use a move that could potentially give the enemy a chance to get a free hit i always manage to deal a great deal of damage before hand.
Moves like sheer cold i tend to avoid, its just too low accuracy, even x acc don't help much.
