PkMn Trainer Black:
male:Infernape
Female: Gardevior/ Shiny Gardevior (fear her power 8))
genderless: Mew/two (they are the best)(with their abilities, they can easily Pwn Arceas) ;)

Greenthumb:
I would say Lugia.  He has the sleek body of a swimming reptile but has the wings and the face of one mean looking bird.
