Gible can learn those... I think... Anyway sorry about the long post.
EDIT: I just checked and Gible has BOTH those moves in it's move pool.
Jerry:
Yes, but for a supposedly low level pokemon for a starter trainer, it doesn't those moves until in the level 30's. My Gabite itself learned Dig 32 I think and Dragon Claw in the whereabouts of 42. ::)

Yes but if you read my bio I've been a trainer for a year I just haven't left my home until now.
