Not right. The procedure is:

Send a PM containg your char profile to the creator of the RP, in this case, Mr. Pokemon first.
Second, wait for your profile char to be posted by him. You are not allowed to post in the profiles sections of the RP.

It is better if you read the rules concerning RPs first, before posting.
