What if the Gym Leaders and League were the Antagonists were evil, and the badges were part of a key to the league.

The "Team Rocket-type" characters could be the protagonists

Pokemon: Dark Ages

she is trying to say that the gym leaders are BAD and team rocket is GOOD and the indigo plateau is the BAD people their homebase and the badges are keys to get to the indigo plateau.
i think she is reffering to pokemon y/r/b, because it had indigo plateau and team rocket :D:D

Team aqua and magma are 2 bad groups fighting with each other they dont have anything to do with this.
