Shadow remembered that Haunter had died. They had killed his family, taken his brother and made him a Dark One, and killed one of his friends. Now he had one more reason to kill the Dark Lord.

The stone automatically absorbed the remaining aura Haunter had. Even though he was dead, there was a flicker of aura left in his body. Siriana created a portal to the home town of Haunter's
Jerry:
Glice, Sheene and Excadrill watched as they saw the aura of Haunter. Celebi moved forward, tears in her eyes.
- Haunter... You will always live on in my heart...
As Siriana created a portal, to the hometown of Haunter...
- Wait Siriana... you know the hometown of Haunter?
Mr. Fox:
Zero picked up Haunter and carried him through the portal. On the other side there was nothing...
What happened here?
PkMn Trainer Black:
I can pinpoint anybody's home town by absorbing a little of their aura. I can do other things with other's aura, but I'm not going into details.
She stepped through the portal, seeing nothing but dirt. Omnisoul did an aura check and was surprised at what he found.
They've been buried alive...
