i would like to know what are the Recommended System requirements

I can't be ceratin but I' fairly sure they will be a smidge lower than that, judging from the fact that its a 2-D my guess is this.

Recommended would be at least 512 MB ram I guess.

A full screen is around 60 tiles, and every step you walk you load either approx. 9 or 7 tiles. Every tile is like 4 KB. Hell, you could stream the game just fine with half a megabit though it would lag a bit, and you you still have to look at the fact that there is other data sent, and the fact that tiles are cached. Basically you only stream the map... not the tiles. And that's like nothing. :p
I guess, 0,5Mbit is recommended.

Never had problems with running games on Windows Vista.

Anyways, you do not need a great computer to run this game. At the moment the game only needs about 200MB of RAM to load in all resources and then there's some more needed of course for the application itself. A great graphics card isn't required, but the better it is the smoother the game will look. You only have to aim for around 60FPS in the game and to get there it's also important to have an okay CPU (2Ghz-ish). So yeah, basically all new computers and computers of a few years old can run the game easily. No worries!
