If you could create a pokemon

This is not an ideas page, but a chance to be creative. You describe a pokemon, its type, and its ability. one rule though, it has to be reasonable.
For example, mine is a dark/fire type that looks like houndoom with three heads and a pair of bat wings called Cerburdoom. It can learn fly and has the abilty intimidate. It can eveolve from houndoom by trading it with reaper cloth and knows the move dark pulse.
You can also rate others craetions. Have fun!

I would make some awesome dragon/steel type that has the ability levitate, it has outrageously high speed and good attack and SP. defense. SP. attack and defense are a little low. It has big orange wings(like meta ridley ;D) and can stand on two legs and has claws. It would have two signature moves which would be:

1. iron rush:
power-90
accuracy-100
PP-15
description- an extremely fast attack where the user strikes with big iron claws. It has a high critical-hit ratio.

2. dragon swoop
power- -
accuracy-100
PP-15
description- The user quickly flies up and then swoop down, ramming the foe. The higher the speed, the more powerful it becomes.

Mine id called Rogeus, it is Bipedal and has the Ability Strength Rage, which increases it's power when fight a Pokemon very much greater then it, it's other ability that is more rare is Burden and it decreases the opponents speed. It has 3 Claws on each shoulder and is Dragon/Fire and it has a new move called FlareCollision there it shoots a Fireball out of each hand and they collide and shoot at the enemy. Its Dragon Type special move makes it grow claws out of its palms and fly at the Foe stabbing it called Clang Rush. It and only a select number of other Pokemon can learn this. I doesn't evolve into or from any Pokemon. It is "The Claw Pokemon"

Blitzkrieg - This is the name I have given a Pokemon I really wanted to see. It's the male, alter ego, of Mareep. (Just like Gallade and Gardevoir). As much as I love Mareep, I really didn't fall in love with Flaafy or Ampharos. It got me thinking, "What would I want in a situation like this?" And I decided on an Electric Ram. Very reminiscent of how Mareep first looked. On all fours, covered in electrically charged fur. Only, add huge ram horns, make it bigger, and make it look absolutely fluffy. Here are the stats:
