I remember no such rule, a user may host multiple RPs.

The FF RP has 2 members, me, and trainerx, It would be better with more.

He did PM me beforehand, and waited the full month just in case, specifically towards this.


I didn't forget this rule

This means you can only Start a new one every month.

In this case, even if this RP does fall under this rule, I am willing to give the Exception Clause
