when i get B/W, if i don't like the english name, i'll change it to a different language name.
i would take Mijumaru over Oshawatt

Snivy is ok, tepig sounds weird, and Oshawatt sounds horrible.

I looked at the stats for the final evos for all of them, and the water type's is pretty damn good. It has monstrous attack and decent stats to back it up.

It actually has higher S atk, and im dissapointed in his average speed. The grass starter has monstrous speed and above average defense so im having a hard time picking which one to get. And Jalorda's Dream World ability + Leaf Storm is a deadly combo that looks very fun.
