Stephen, it's the trainer who decides whether or not his pokemon is dead, unless several members make the request that the pokemon is fainted. And I put 1/4 HP 'minus' xxx (the other attacks), so, your thunder punch was already accounted for.

Blissey used Double Team

~~~~~
ChaosControl: Salamence @ fainted
Darkmage: Furret (Full Health)
Kuixta: Gyarados (Hit by Blissey's thunder x4 damage) [moves: Twister]
Jerry: Blissey (Full health) [moves: Reflect, Thunder] {Evasiveness raised by 1}
Boyben10: Poliwag @ fainted
Daystar: Absol @ Fainted
Sora: Leafeon (hit by Cloyster's Ice beam and twice Blissey's Thunder) [moves: Energy Ball]
Stephenkill2 : Togekiss (full health) [moves: Shock Wave]
No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?
Hang on, Cloyster is still in. I just checked all of the attacks after Cloyster was sent out, and that Thunderpunch was the only attack directed at Cloyster.
So since Cloyster is still in, but really damaged...
Closter, USE AURORA BEAM AND EXPLOSION!!
Freezing Blast activated
All pokemon are frozen for 2 turns.
Cloyster fainted. Now, Go Furret!!
Hmm... got thrice thunder from my Blissey, a thunder punch and a shock wave.... ::) Anyway, if you wish to add 'protect' and you want to use it, feel free ;)
Anyway, Cloyster is KO now...
The freeze blast got the Blissey's copies of Blissey from double team.
Blissey used double team! Evasiveness rose!
FURRET, VOLT TACKLE EVERYONE!!!
Furret tries this move but miss it, simply because it cannot learn volt tackle...
(you could try super fang, roll out...)
Focus Blast hits Furret and was Super Effective!
Blissey used Double Team again! Evasiveness rose!
ChaosControl: Salamence @ fainted
Darkmage: Furret (Hit by Focus Blast of Togekiss)
Kuixta: Gyarados (Hit by Blissey's thunder x4 damage and Cloyster's freeze blast) [moves: Twister]
Sora: Leafeon (hit by Cloyster's Ice beam, twice Blissey's Thunder and by Togekiss' flamethrower and Cloyster's Freeze blast) [moves: Energy Ball]
Stephenkill2 : Togekiss (3/4 health) [moves: Shock Wave, Flamethrower, Focus Blast]
I just checked it again, and it looks like Furret can't learn it.
Well, furret fainted pretty quickly. Go, Ampharos!
"Ampharos, Use Shock Wave on that annoying Togekiss!" This move never misses, so don't try to avoid it.
Togekiss' Substitute faded by the shock wave of Ampharos!
Blissey now uses Light Screen! Damage done by special attacks are halved.
~~~~
ChaosControl: Salamence @ fainted

Darkmage: Ampharos (Full Health) [moves: Shock Wave]

Kuixta: Gyarados (Hit by Blissey's thunder x4 damage and Cloyster's freeze blast) [moves: Twister]

Jerry: Blissey (Full health) [moves: Reflect, Thunder] {Evasiveness raised by 2}

Boyben10: Poliwag @ fainted

Daystar: Absol @ Fainted

Sora: Leafeon (hit by Cloyster's Ice beam, twice Blissey's Thunder and by Togekiss' flamethrower and Cloyster's Freeze blast) [moves: Energy Ball]

Stephenkill2 : Togekiss (3/4 health) [moves: Shock Wave, Flamethrower, Focus Blast]

PS. Congrats to Stephenkill and Darkstar to make it to the Pre-Beta Team! ;)

before i jump in i have a couple quick questions...Can a pokemon evolve after a reasonable amount of battles? and also after a pokemon faints is it possibnle to have another one if it's not that rare of a pokemon...(like say i use arbok one turn and after a few battles it faints but can i after several more pokemon send out a different arbok?)

That Looks kinda painful...jus sayin
