So it would kind of be like the move vendors in the Battle Frontier of pokémon Emerald?

There might be vendors, but most moves will be learnable only from quest NPCs. Eg, you have to do long quests to get good/rare moves.

Ooo, i actually like that idea. So once this quest is done can that move be taught only once to one pokemon?
