Lol, that's a weird question. If you missed something, just stare at it for at least 10 seconds. You should see something happen ;)

If you go to the server when they are battling, there should be the possibility to watch. Well, I was on a NetBattle server only once and I could watch battles... I guess it's the same thing with PO.
