My Magikarp disappeared. It reached level 20, and all the sudden it just vanished. Now there's some stupid blue snake following me around. I want my Magikarp back, because I hear they're really useful after level 20. What do I do?

Magikarp + Level 20 = Gyarados!

You can't un-evolve it, sorry :(

No, evolution is where a pokemon changes form. It's body shape, stats, and sometimes type changes! It can learn new moves or sometimes it can't learn new moves.
