I have been playing with this shuckle just for luls.

- Power Split(Just to lower the dmg shuckle takes)
- Wrap
- Toxic
- Rest

 I'll try it using those moves and EVs. He isn't much help for attacking anyway, since he's so slow. Here's my team:

Typhlosion(lead) @Focus Sash
Ability: Blaze
Nature: Timid
EVs: 32 HP, 252 Sp. Atk, 224 Speed
Moves: Flamethrower, Eruption, Focus Blast, Hidden Power grass\

Camerupt (thinking of an item)

Moves: Stock Pile, Earth Power, Flamethrower, Will-O-Wisp

Houndoom @leftovers(couldn't think of anything better to give it)

Go with wrap instead of stone edge. it traps them in and lets toxic do its job better.

Thats what I have. I exported an old build from PO sorry. I fixed it.
But I'm liking the shuckle with binding band...it's very fun to watch WHEN it works.
