When your in the team builder, click file, export to text, then copy and paste.

It's hard to see, but the export button is right above the "new" button and below the import button and the Item button. click it, and you will get a text version of the team you currently have up.

I can't believe I never noticed that XD. And wtf is Boltbeam?

BoltBeam is a combination of Thunderbolt and Ice Beam.
