Yeah rex sorry... If this comes down to a vote.  I'd have to side with starlight, legendaries are out.

Bing:
You should change your post to make it one of the Unova legendaries.  Not the dragons but one of the other ones.  It would make more sense.  (While I know we can catch any pokemon from any region, I think the legendaries should still be region specific.)
