The list of pokemon learning SR by level up is short:

* Geodude
* Graveler
* Golem
* Onix
* Steelix
* Roggenrola
* Boldore
* Gigalith
* Dwebble
* Crustle
Whether the above Pokemon will learn another move instead is up to the balance team.
