Okay guys. Thank you for taking the time to read it. :) I did mean only the Pokemon currently in your party for the idea about letting them roam around. Sorry about the massive block paragraph, when I get caught up in an idea punctuation and readability start to go out the window. I'll be interested to see how the apartments turn out! :)

secret bases would be cooler than houses and apartments...

Kamaran:
The only difference between secret bases and apartments is the word ‘secret‘. Yet they won't be that much of a secret.
Either I'm going to add allowance on every single tree, rock, cliff and brick OR we‘ll have an area with the secret bases - an area where people can expect to find secret bases everywhere.  Then what is the point in having them secret ?

We‘re going to implement such an area with ‘non-secret‘ apartments.

That said, 'themed' houses might be pretty nifty. Like, actually being able to rent out a tree or a cave. It'd sure be worth a laugh when you explain to your level two friend that you're leading him to your house, and you stop in front of a hole in a rock and say "We're here~!"
