That's a search engine...internet browsers are like Mozilla Firefox Internet Explorer Google Chrome and such..

Try removing SDL_TTF.dll from the client folder, then install this by putting all the DLLs into the client folder:
http://www.libsdl.org/projects/SDL_ttf/release/SDL_ttf-2.0.10-win32.zip

Now it is saying: the procedure entry point Tff_GetFontKerningSize could not be located in the dynamid link libaty sdltgg.dll.
