The "Nintendo Scenario"

(1/2) > >>

LeoReborn:
Well, it keeps getting more and more likely, and Nintendo is merciless with Copyright Info.

We need a back-up, in case Nintendo decides to lawsuit PU.

I have an idea, and others have been discussed, but we need to identify our "Plan A" for saving this game.

My plan, will only need use if Nintendo strikes.
If such a time comes, try and form a partnership with Nintendo.
Try to make sure they understand there are tons of benefits for them if they comply.

This way, we can still enjoy the game, community, and in turn, more members will come.

Not to mention Nintendo may be willing to pay the team, which I would like to see. They have worked REALLY hard on this game.

Until that day, we should take precautionary measures.

Any suggestions?

Not to shoot you down or anything, but I think you're being a little naive. And don't worry, we have a plan of our own, just in case ;)

We've dug our hiding holes already!

I know, I'm being naive, but also cautious.

Keep in mind, we are the only GOOD Pokemon MMO left.

So, I don't want PU to go down like the others have, not without a fight.

Unless Nintendo provides a valid reason for PU's shutdown, I won't quit. :)

Never going to happen.

Back-up plan:
1. Throw PU away
2. Start Operation Moon
