Daren, Krista.  I've found a way to copy the cells in Magnum's brain that gave him his power.  I've combined his cells with the cells from subject 37, who died a while back.  I'm hoping to combine the speed and electric with 37's ability to track people with powers.  Using a parasite, I was able to transfer both powers into subject 510.  The only problem is... the parasite took control of 510 and it only has one goal.  Track and kill people with powers in order to absorb their power

No, it is actually going to be really useful.  I plan on releasing it in the city.  It will track down the resistance and destroy them.

Chase radioed for a helicopter to take his creation into the city.
