Froslass start off with hail then hide yourself in it.
PkMn Trainer Black:
Cosmic Power, and keep it going until Froslass shows itself.
Each star arm was covered in a cosmic coat, one by one.(Does not mean that they are protected in that area)
Bing:
Froslass stay hidden in the hail and repeatedly hi Starmie with Shadow ball!
Ancientremnants:
A man that looks like hes been traveling for some time now stops at a pokemon center when all of a sudden he sees a battle going on. He notices an old buddy of his battling with a froslass. he stays back to observe the battle
