Froslass, use hail again to strengthen the ice storm then hide yourself in it.  Once in side use double team!  Don't come out until Starmie reappears.

Froslass strengthened the storm hid, then used double team, raising it's evasion.

Mr. Fox:
I hit the Garchomp with Night Burst again, but it had no effect. It charged a Draco Meteor, then I saw that it had a collar on it. I aimed a Focus Blast at the collar and destroyed it... The dragon looked around and ran into the woods. Weird, who would do that?

PkMn Trainer Black:
Suddenly the surf turned into a vortex somewhat and was able to reach the hail clouds. Starmie jumped out of the Surf, spinning around. Not knowing where the clones are, he hovered in the hail clouds. The water froze up from constant hail.

Darkrai turned into dozens of Darkrai. Darkrai started laughing at Jolteon.
Now, use hypnosis!
all the Darkrai used hypnosis so it wouldn't miss. the jolteon fell asleep

Ancientremnants:
Jolteon, Wake up.
Jolteon is still fast asleep.
Jolteon, return.
Jolteon returnes into his pokeball.
Go, Flareon.
A Flareon emerges from the pokeball.
Use Toxic.
Flareon Blows Smoke from its mouth covering the battle field.
