Aqua told Desu the whole story about his dreams
in my dream, i saw Rayquaza flying in the sky. he reached the top of mount Kritson and roared at the top of his lungs. then, i saw some shadow pokemon appear, then rainbow pokemon, then negative pokemon. it looked as if the Rayquaza put them under a spell and all the pokemon gave them their power for Rayquaza

"Ok guys, I'm off to explore and maybe catch some new pokemon. If anyone comes, call me. Johnny, you're in charge." Chad said. He rode his Lapras off the island, and started off to his favorite fishing spot.

is one defeating the elite four and becoming champion?
