In another post, I saw they "would release sometime in 2010," but it's now december of 2010, and it's still not out... wats the hold up? I'm starting to get bored of playing Pokemon Soulilver over and over

Dude, just be patient.
The game's gonna be out next year. The open beta's gonna be out next spring, probably.
The team have a lot to do, without a lot of funding and without a lot of members on the team... I'd say they've done a pretty sweet job already. Check out Screenshots under 'GAME', then you'll see that the game is worth the wait.
