It's called administrator here, and there are two: Urmel and THEGREAT#1. There names here are in red, so, it's easy to spot.
If you want to ask something, you better use the search bar first. Your question might have been asked before. Also, try to start your thread in the proper section. (eg. don't ask if any of us know the XXXX song in the ideas and suggestions area)

hey everyman. im just Aman. i have loved pokemon since as long as i can remeber. its nice to see that some one has done what i have wanted to play. i have played all the virsions. i am glad there are still people out there that remember Pokemon. i still have all the origanal cards. someday i hope that they will invent a machine that can scan my cards and bring my Bulbasuar to life. thanx to all the people who helped make this game. i am anticipating inviting my friends who care about Pokemon. thanks
