If you looked at the front page, you would've seen big red letters stating the game isn't released yet. So yes, all you can do now is go on our forums. And I would reccomend you to stay around. We have a nice community. And the game is pretty close to releasing the first beta. =)
We do have a PO server where all Pokémon are already modified to be in an equal tier. You might want to try it out. ~
