Aqua, they should as well read the OOCC if they're in the RP, at least once a while. If there is an issue with an unaccepted RPer, just report or message me/Wailord. You can also make it very explicit in your first post, saying that ONLY accepted players can join, otherwise, they'll be reported. It's as simple as that.

Members on the forum are expected to at least read the first page before getting into a thread and if it concerns something that might possibly have been said (Typical example: The 'Name the Professor' contest where names are suggested, members have to go through the whole thread to make sure that their suggested name was not already mentioned)
