Ok seriously now imma check if the editor works on this PC now, I think I haven't tested it yet under w7. Should be fine. Been like over a year since I last used it.

Um... did you read the first post ulsafaar? There's this link there: http://pokemon-universe.com/index.php/topic,2971.0.html

Where it explains that this is a program which you don't need a copy, but just an access to do it. And that's not the least similar to a rom >.<
