Kingler, I seem to allways end up using one in any pokemon game i play (i even traded two into both the colleseum games).  He usually doesn't get that good until he learns crabhammer but he's still an above par pokemon imo.  Plus his sprite walks sideways in HG/SS  8)

Mr Pokemon:
The best thing to do with Kingler is get Defense EVs and attack EVs, with the rest going to HP or Sp. Def. Then teach it this moveset:
Crabhammer
Dig
Brick Break
Swagger
Have the ability Shell Armor so it can't be hit by Criticals.
Now, virtually nothing can beat your kingler, except a Sp. Attack sweeper and a Grass type.

Duke:
Fortunetly Kingler's pretty quick so it'll probably get swagger off before a grass type or most special sweepers can attack it.  Pop up swagger and cross fingers
