As you can see, Gliscor first boosts to get a high speed. With its good stayingpower it should be able to use Agility without dying in this turn. Then attack. And dont forget, Gyarados' and Salamence's Intimidate wont work because of Hyper Cutter. Ice Fang for Mence, Flygon, Gliscor[...], Thunderfang for Gyarados, Fire Fang for Forry, Scizor and other steel pokemon / Earthquake(stab) for steel & rock & fire pokemon like Metagross and Infernape. Also if this shouldnt ohko u can be sure to survive because of the great defense.
