I know meowth's tail curls. :P This is all shading no lines, the blob will look like a curl with lines, promise. As for the red parts, I'm actually not sure what to do with that part. It's supposed to be the underside of his foot, where the pads of his feet are. I'll post two versions once I do lines. One version with pads and one version without and let y'all decide if they should stay.

A note on the pads: I think they should stay, just change them to a different colour. Meowth has pink pads on the bottom of his feet, not bright red.
