I know he looks kinda wonky, but hopefully when I add some shading and lines it'll look much better. How about the pose though? Think its good enough? D: Anything I should change now, in the early stages, any color correction?

the design from pikachu is good, now it just needs some lining, shading etc (where are the black parts from his ears/his nails?). The yellow needs to be a bit darker though, and the brown on his tail/back needs to be a bit darker too. But that is just when I compare him next to the series (nitpicks). You're really good at this. Keep on the good work.

The reason it probably all looks lighter is because I've been using Ken Sugimori's official artwork for my color pallettes instead of the sprites or the anime. This can easily be changed though. :]
The black parts will also be added. Was planning on it. xD

The way his face bends seems odd. It doesn't seem to be the shape of a head.

I suggest you move his left red cheek thingy more inwards, then smooth out the bulge straight.

i liked eevee and meowth but pikachu is not as good as meowth and eevee were.

 He looks pretty good... Maybe I should let Pikachu join the GENBOR4LIFE organization as a foot soldier. Since we need a lot of those.

PS: Make his electricity generators on his cheek a bit more red?

Something that's throwing me is his arms - they need to be separated or made skinny :3

Alrighty. Updated Pikachu. I took everything y'all said into consideration and I hope this version is much improved! I also put a notice up about critiques. I LOVE getting critique, but just posting: "I don't like it" Is not going to make it better. :/

It looks a lot better, but the arm still looks a bit fat.

Using my incredible Paint.NET skills, I have constructed an image of what could possibly fix it. (I'm not a very good artist, so feel free to ignore me )
