What is the cutest pokemon?

IMO the cutest Pokemon is Munna/Musharna. Though Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Shinx, Eevee, and Cyndaquil all come very close!

I agree with Houndoom(/Houndour) and Grimer, they are quite cute! Bastiodon is an odd cute, but cute. Shuckle can be kinda cute, but that depends on my mood and whether I'm fighting someone with it, lol.
I'm sorry, but I really don't like Stunfisk. Maybe I'm biased, but it doesn't even look as nice as Feebas (which is supposedly "ugly"? I don't think so...) and it keeps showing up when it's so not wanted on Route 8...

It can. Musharna's pretty cute, AND tough, defense-wise, sp. defense-wise, and sp. attack-wise. At least mine is.
And cute Pokemon usually evolve into beautiful Pokemon that kick butt.
