I hope you'll like at least one of them... You can send the compilation via pm ;) (sorry for the low amount of female characters, but they were just quick ideas)

Those will work! Granted, they will be male characters in a female voice, but I really just needed something to say. xD
Cause I have all kinds of different voices. x: Not promising gold here, but just variety. And they're prolly bad enough for humor. xD

Still thinking. I get to the conclusion it should be a shounen. FMA:B Abridged I found on YouTube is bad, so we could make a parody of Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, or also we can choose between FMP, Eureka Seven, Darker than Black (but it would be difficult to parody), Higurashi/Umineko...
But I think FMA:B is a best of materials to parody.
