also, from what i gather this is a fan made game. instead of the traditonal pokemon world we are used to, create whole new maps for players to explore, maybe a couple new battle towers, and explore the idea of putting kanto, and joto accesable for everyone.

i wont lie, i've always wanted to create a 3D pokemon world. tis a boy's dream.

Battle Tower/frontier type areas? More than likely.
As for Kanto/Johto? NO.

3D? No.

relax troll, this is the idea section is it not? i wasn't suggesting 3D in any way. just saying i would have loved to play a 3D pokemon game. just freaking talk about it, don't just shut people down for posting crap that may or may not have been posted. granted im new to the forum, but is it really necessary to be such a damn downer? 
the cool thing about severs across borders is that they can't shut them down. look around, there ARE places in the world you can go through to get around the getting sued aspect of getting money from a free game.  if you can find a host in the netherlands, then they can't shut you down.

Wrong. Me and Urmel have studied the international copyright law and Nintendo can still shut us down even if we keep the servers in The Netherlands (where they are now btw).
