Legate (Fallout new vegas). People that played this would know his deal.
Frenchfry:
Legate didn't have enough of a background to be a favorite. All the Legionfags told different stories about him that all conflicted with each other.
For me, Wesker is totally it.

I thought favorite would imply that you don't change it at every whim :/
