In the hand held console pokemon games, You see many events. To keep the community entertained, I thought it would be a good idea for events to be placed. For example:
Pokemon swarms- when typically rare pokemon are scattered in certain areas in the map. This would occur occasianally.
Exp boosts- When on a certain day of the month, Additional exp is added at the end of a battle. The boost would vary on the pokemon's level.
Poke giveouts- A game admin would post a riddle or puzzle on the forums, and if a member gets the riddle write, the member would recive a rare pokemon or some rare candies.
Holidays- When certain pokemon and mabey weather contitions would be applied to the game, so rare and powerful pokemon with specific types will be found easilly. (ghost and dark types on halloween, ice types on christmas, grass types on easter, fire types on the longest day of summer. And that is all I can think of.)
Contests- Forum based events in which An admin asks the community for an Idea or certain sprite to be added to the game. This will add member interaction to the game, which is very good for everyone.

And That is it. Please post on what you think, so the lead game developers can see and consider these ideas. Thank you.

Can we please stop talking about how this thread was made before? I don't really care. I just wanted to get a good idea out, and you can't even discuss it without notifying me that my Idea was featured previously, I DON'T CARE!
